Payment and fulfilment are separate checks
An order is created only after Aurum Anseris receives a verified payment event from Stripe. A visit to an order-success address is not treated as evidence of payment.
Automation with boundaries
Approved routine steps—such as payment recording, order acknowledgement and standard delivery—may run automatically. New offers, material price changes and novel outbound campaigns remain behind owner approval.
