2. The offer

You must provide accurate information reasonably required for delivery and must not submit passwords, card details, unlawful material or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Delivery
Delivery follows the method and timeframe stated for the offer. Where delivery depends on customer input, the timeframe begins when the required information has been received unless the offer states otherwise.
6. Cancellations and refunds
The Refund & Cancellation Policy, offer-specific terms and mandatory statutory rights apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use are stated in the relevant offer. Unless otherwise stated, Aurum Anseris retains its pre-existing materials, methods, branding and intellectual property.
8. Liability
Any exclusions or limits apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes
The terms in force at purchase apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed or required.
